I have come up with a very short and easy process to invite guests. It takes about 30 minutes and i have attached the process to this email. I figure if everyone in the group did this once per month for 30 minutes we would probably have an additional 8 guests per meeting. This would probably convert to about 8 new members per month which would put is at about 75 or so by the end of the year.

If you are willing to help please check out the attached document and newer members need to do this at least once- Anne will track that process.

We had another GREAT meeting last Thursday. I always leave our Thursday meetings on a high and ready for a great day. We had another full house (though we missed Chris, our graphic artist who was at a music convention in Anaheim, NAMM.org), had some great guests and added TWO members to our chapter! For strong meetings in 2009, we are two for two, we're looking forward to our next meeting.
